On Wednesday, July 28, J.D. Power and Associates awarded "Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers among National Full Service Real Estate Firms” to the Prudential Real Estate Network (PRERS) in J.D. Power and Associates' 2010 Home Buyer/Seller Study.
This marks the second time in three years that J.D. Power and Associates awarded PRERS this honor. The study found that Prudential performs particularly well in the marketing and agent factors and that Prudential is the only company to improve in home-seller satisfaction in 2010, compared with 2009.
PRERS Chairman Jim Mallozzi said the award speaks for the quality and consistency of the Prudential Real Estate Network. “Affiliate to affiliate, our sales professionals are the local-market experts who market and price homes right, while providing attentive service,” Mallozzi said.
Locally, PKC President, David Cooper was also quick to praise PKC agents. "It's so satisfying for our sales professionals' hard work and extra effort to be recognized with such an honor, not once, but twice," Cooper remarked. "I see the outstanding job that PKC agents do for their clients everyday," said Cooper. "Providing the highest level of customer service is a hallmark of Prudential real estate and it's something we should all be proud of, especially at times like this," he concluded.
Look for PRERS and PKC's marketing department to soon make promotional materials available, to help you get the word out about Prudential's 2009 ranking.
Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. received the highest numerical score among full service real estate firms for home sellers in the proprietary J.D. “Unemployment is (another) vital ingredient in the formula,” KCRAR said in a release, “and (the National Association of Realtors) has predicted a slight decrease in 2011, which will help sales and prices of existing homes.
