| When it comes to clients and potential customers looking for you through our phone system's auto-attendant, your name says it all. If your name is not recorded into your voicemail account, finding and connecting with you can be difficult and time-consuming for callers. | |
We encourage all agents who have not recorded their name, to take a moment to do so.
To record your name into your voicemail account, just follow these simple steps: |

Press the voicemail button on your Cisco phone in the office. |

When you hear the prompt voice, press zero "0" to access mailbox options. |
 |
Finally, press three "3" to record your name and follow the instructions given by the voice prompt to verify the recording. | | |
